    Gordon's area of expertise includes corporate finance and he is experienced at raising finance for start-up businesses as well as developing refinancing packages for existing businesses.  In addition he has a detailed knowledge of tax and is able to ensure that financing exercises are done in tax efficient manner.  Share valuations and family business planning are two of his favourite specialities!

    Gordon has been actively involved in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has served on the Council and the Institutes Executive Board.
