Robert joined the firm from a ‘big 4’ practice and continues to manage our services to a portfolio of SME’s.
His clients demand effective audit, accounting and compliance tax services, including budgeting, systems advice and management accounting. He also has experience, however, of due diligence work and of providing clients with advice on acquisitions, disposals and MBOs.
Robert has, in particular, prepared and reviewed many share and business valuation reports related to purchase, sale, tax and separation.
