Due Diligence

Over the years we have conducted many due diligence exercises and it is fair to say that there are no two the same!

Prior to undertaking any due diligence report we will spend time understanding what exactly your objectives are and your attitudes to risk. Company Secretarial

Directors have a legal responsibility to ensure that the company secretary lodges the appropriate documents on time at Companies House. To meet your statutory obligations we can prepare and file these documents on your behalf. In addition to compliance issues we can assist in changes in name, share capital changes to the companies Memorandum and Articles of Association.
